    Turned out awesome. Very moist. Mopped with a bit of sauce at 140, and pulled at 150.

    I'll add the money shot when I pull it off (hopefully it'll look good). Charcoal with some apple wood chunks for the smoke. Smells great!

    Wrapped the pork loin, this is the first time I did this. Rubbed it first, then added bacon, and then put more rub on. Interested to see how it turns out.

    Yep. Got the kids home from colllege and friends coming over at 3:00. Not taking any chances on not being ready! Been, there and done that and got several t shirts. :yahoo:

    Put 2 10 pounders on last night around 11. Took a 6 hour nap and now sitting at the stall at 160. Timing is perfect so far!
