Moved back to the country in 2021 and now reside in the middle of no where on enough property that we can build whatever we want to smoke, cure, grill, or burn.
It's just the wife and I now with the boys gone, so I get to spend a lot of time in the shop and out on the land. I'm currently working on an outdoor cooking/entertaining area and plan to finally have the setup I want for all of my meat working needs.
