Family is coming to town for the 4th of July and my dad wants me to smoke up some wings and ribs. I have never tried to smoke two things at once so I am asking for some help. I have a Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker which I love. Anyone have some suggestions for how I can do it? Thanks
Decided to smoke up some chicken quarters in ME 30. Smoked at 275 for close to two hours. Also smoked a red pepper, yellow pepper, jalapeños, garlic and some tomatoes for some salsa.
I usually use eye of round when making jerky which can run pretty high in price but low fat. What are some cheaper choice that I could go with to smoke some jerky?
