Hi all! New to here: Sorry for bad pics!! I just got the -122F lab freezer from the university of Minnesota!! 700 pounds 7" thick walls. I want to make it into 3 things 1 cold smoker 2 dehydrator 3 most important a Sausage smoker It will never need to get over 180F Inside...- cjan-family
