Been on a waiting game for the roof panels to be run…..but got the roof framing all complete….

It is a big commitment for sure, but at 100 per pan and lid it’s not really more than any of the “name brand” ones. Like I’ve said previous we have our stainless and the Hex and we aren’t going to give either up soon.
As far as I know the lawsuit is all done ie we got a claim letter if we wanted to get some $$ back, it was like 5% or something. I didn’t send mine back because we a very happy with them.

That’s a nice looking smoked chuck…. As an fyi I always just trim out the stubborn connective tissue (there is always some that needs trimming) as I pull it, chuck is a staple at our house and that one would fit right in!
