Here is from my post in 2012 after returning from Hawaii. I have made it many times since then. This was from talking to the locals on how they make it.
1 Lb macaroni elbows
2 cups of mayonnaise
2 cups half and half
¼ cup dill pickles chopped
½ cup pineapple chopped

Valero’s Billion-Dollar Exit: Newsom’s Regulations Fuel California’s Self Induced Gas Crisis
Filled up tonight. $4.75 for 85. Greasy Gavin our used car salesman of a governor thought he would force electric vehicles and doing so thru regulations destroyed the gas industry in our state.
We have "special" gas here so can not import and he has caused many refiners to close down. More are...
Thank you @chopsaw for the idea of making all my interior door knobs match. They were all different from replacing some over the years.
I don't know why I didn't think of that myself. Sometimes you need an eye outside to show you what you are missing. I was able to get 5 locking interior sets...
Great Idea! None of the interior door knobs currently match so I ordered oiled bronze locking knobs for all the interior doors to match the exterior. It is pretty cheap when you get them in a 5 pack. Also a matching dummy knob for the walk in closet in the master.

Good for her...
Even Better!
I was craving another one but forgot to buy more bread. I decided to use a couple of Hawaiian rolls instead. Never going back. This is the way I will make them for now on. At least I was able to use the bacon I cooked a few days ago.
Just to add fire to my previous comment I had to add a photo of my spoiled Golden Retriever and Cocker Spaniel I took in the middle of the night when I got cold and could not pull up my blanket.
Life is hard for them. Luckily it is a king size bed.
Losing a member of your family always sucks. You can take a small break but life will never be the same without adding another member to the family that will make your life better.
They definitely use the egg whites. I have watched many cooking videos on making them and 95% of them use the egg whites. They just more finely shread them than the usual American typical versions.
