Yes, you can cure all 3 at once and freeze the cooked hams. Just make sure they’re fully cured and cooked before freezing. It’s more efficient than thawing and curing later. I’ve done this with great results — thawed ham tastes just as good when properly vacuum-sealed and frozen.
