Tripe jerky?
Anyone ever tried making tripe jerky? I've made some deep fried tripe from a deer I harvested and I just tried my first beef tripe in a stir fry. The fried deer tripe reminded me of calamari. The stir fry flavor was good, but the texture was a little tough for me to deal with - just too...- chad campbell
