    Normanaj,yes that's it,its not that it doesn't sit flush,it does,it's just the intake on the adapter doesn't line up directly with the hole on the smoker,I'm not even sure if it's a problem, maybe it's designed like that to deflect a direct blast of air?.

    Hi all ,just got the ink bird temp controller + the ink bird universal adapter for the wsm. The adapter does not line up directly with the hole on the wsm at all,is this the way is meant to be?

    Hi all,newbie here,while we really like pulled pork shoulder and chuck roast,what's a good temp for slicing these meats,I usually let them go 203 f or so for pulling but would like to slice next time I cook, thanks in advance.
