Picked me up a Hobart 1712 slicer
Everything looks and sounds good except the automatic arm isn't catching the tray. It feels like the lever to engage the automatic function may be seized up but I have no experience on these machines. I have read that the screw can be adjusted up some to help it catch. Any advice would be great...- Carni4

After shopping for all kinds of smokers/grills I ended up picking up a use MES 40. Next step was buying an a-maze-n maze. Now I'm buying some pellets and and a good thermometer and I'm off to the races. I look forward to learning and sharing with everyone. Cheers! Ryan
