How Much Meat to Buy?
Well, we had our feast. Six lbs of brisket, three lbs of sausage and three racks of ribs. Everyone ate their fill and we've got a few leftovers. Thanks to all who responded. I enjoyed the variety of opinions!!- BTX49

OK, I'm about to order some carry-out BBQ from the local pit restaurant. Another New Guy
Greetings from Central Texas! Old retired guy here. Been smoking for quite a few years, but always willing to learn something new! Mostly use a Daniel Boone pellet smoker from Green Mountain, with an offset barrel type (no name brand) for secondary use. Mostly cook all the old faithfuls...
