    Pulled the pin. Just completed purchase of Tejas 2040 CC Deluxe classic Smoker and got free shipping from Houston to Idaho. Now I can focus on all the great suggestions I have seen on this great site.

    Ok the Tejas 2040 has been here now about week and a half, learning how to use fire box more efficiently. Really neat smoker spent more but got more also. Got a recipe out of Grilling while armed wife and I are going to try this weekend bacon wrapped smoked stuffed chicken thighs and some St. Loui ribs.
