    I'm going to make a couple fatties for a Super Bowl party but the drive is over an hour away.  What is the best way to keep them warm?  I was thinking about wrapping them in foil and putting them in a cooler with some towels.  Also, when i get there, is using a crock pot a good idea for serving...

    Smoker Temp

    Tomorrow will be my first time smoking beef jerky in my electric smoker.  I'm using the Hi Mountain jerky seasoning and cure.  The instructions say to smoke at 200 degrees.  That seems a little high to me.  I will also be using my AMNPS with hickory pellets.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
