Semi homeade, blend rays rasberry chipotle, and stubbs carolina sauce, mixed with soy, worch, ketchup, a lil apple cider vinegar
and an onion I smoked minced in.
Smoked some ribs, chicken and sausage yesterday on my Texans UDS. It was a gorgeous day out. Posting the ribs on the Pork thread, and i'll throw the chicken on the poultry.

EJ yeah I learned that the hardway when I seasoned them, I have to run it wide open but it held 250 pretty well. I'm going to have to figure out how to use the nipples I guess to
dial the temps in. What do you think?
Thanks, I was really impressed with the attention to detail he used in making them. They're seasoned up, hopefully I can smoke some meat on them tomorrow.
Just seasoned my new UDS's last night, wanted to share them with the forum. I didn't build them, but I'm a happy owner!
