Thanks for all the welcomes. Kagke, I converted an old Smokey Mt charcoal to an electric. I insulated it so I could use it all year. I do have a problem with it though, I used a kitchen oven control on it and it takes forever to adjust the temps. I can move it ever so slightly and it will jump...
