    Hey Johnny B, no offense intended. I have smoked pounds and pounds of pork shoulder, ribs and brisket. I loved it and have two of them. I just wanted to move up to something a little roomier and that doesn't have to be babysat so much. Smoke On!!

    Thanks for the welcome. The Brinkman is their Smoke 'N Grill charcoal smoker. The Rec Tec is about 10 steps above that.
