The wrangler has a hole in a hook for a bucket. The Brazos I just bought has a piece of 1 inch threaded pipe that you can install a ball valve on. I assume the Pecos has the hole and hook like the wrangler.
I saw go bigger. As big as you can swing, budget wise. You will be happier in the end and the cooks / temps will be easier.
I bought a smaller offset first due to price and just stepped up myself to a larger one.
I like Yoder but I still can't figure out why they mount the stack at the top...

No!!! There's no proof that it / they are stolen. Not half price either. $650 vs. $1000 He had SO much other stuff that would obviously have serial numbers that could be tracked. He advertises on Craigslist and has buyers come to his house. IF....IF he does sell stolen stuff, he's the dumbest...
