first ham in smoker
Hi all. Sorry it took me so long to post about my first smoked ham. I took pics and will post later. I have to get my grandson to help me get the pics from email to forum. I have been on a many times but did not post. Till later Big Mo.- big mo

smokin ribs
I used Grill Mates Pork rub, a small amount of all spice and garlic. I put the ribs in a foil pan with about 1/2 cup apple juice. Put in smoker @ 225 deg. for about 4 hrs. Mixed apple juice and red wine vinegar in spray bottle and sprits it every hour. The ribs on the grill were the same rub...- big mo
