    You can use any flour you like BUT Sourdough starter is going to take longer than 5 days before you use it to bake......Shoot for 14-18 for a mature starter. I have some dehydrated starter from 2018 if you need any.

    Did another show. Sold all even the bread in the cooler(in back) We have another show Dec 6. Starting April (farmers mkt) going to be busy as they voted me for the 26/27 mkt president...OUI Getting everything taken down and to the trailer after a long day wipes me out.

    One time I had a butt in the freezer for over a year, my SS did the same thing. Maybe too long in the freezer does something to the pork?
