Fire+Food=Feast
Love trying different stuff on the grill,
So far I've cooked beef, chicken, pork, deer, antelope, rabbit, salmon, paddlefish, red snapper, alligator, frog legs, raccoon vegetables of all kinds, several fruits, Mac and cheese, bread, pizza, pot pie, doughnuts, cake and giblets just to make a few.
I enjoy trying different types of wood and combinations of woods just for the different flavor profiles.
