Bear, didn't see your post until after the fact, but will read your article for sure. Thanks. Smoked a couple butts, low and slow. Wife said they were my best ever. Used my AMNP and applewood pellets. I have never nuked the pellets before and have had trouble keeping them lit and flair ups in... -

Praying for you all. You both make sure that you are getting in some legit exercise, the walk to the mailbox doesn't count, though better than nothing.
