Searching for a oven smoked brisket video using Lapsang tea, black cardamom, mushroom soy and activated charcoal — anyone seen this?
G’day folks — trying to find a recipe video I watched that used a really unusual combo: Lapsang Souchong tea as an overnight marinade, black cardamom and charcoal in the rub, mushroom-flavoured dark soy as the binder.
