    I've got a RecTeq RT700 and couldn't be happier with it. Very well made. I also know several people with Pro Series Traegers that are happy with their smokers and they are priced below the RT700.

    Look at the RecTec RT700. Just bought one and very pleased. Almost all stainless steel, so your environment is not a big deal. WiFi and app controls and monitoring of grill and food probes.
