I recently had a hog butchered and I asked for invited pork belly, I assumed it would one piece but they sliced it like thick bacon.
Spell check got me, it was uncured belly, 12 packages and I’d like to use it somewhere,probably will just fry it like bacon and just have side pork- Alwent

It wouldn’t let me finish my question. I want to wrap something in this side pork and smoke it. I’ve wrapped venison and water chestnut with bacon but this side pork doesn’t have- Alwent
