    Looks really good ! Great job ! I have a pork belly and pork belly burnt ends going on the wsm here in a few hours started out as a 12lb belly. No skin half of the pic got vac sealed for later

    The rub is just SPOG. A lil cayenne and finished it with a mix of Thai chili sauce and ms Diana’s chicken n rib bbq sauce

    Chicken n Ribs on the WSM , turned out great ! Chicken was one of the best Ive done a perfect 165 and super moist but the ribs were not but still delicious , charcoal went on a runaway when I put the chicken on but besides that all worked out

    Good morning everyone ! Been reading on here for a few days ! Seems like a great bunch of people ! Chicken breasts brining and rub is in the ribs to go in the WSM this afternoon , I’m in Alberta Canada
