    Turkey day smoking pics...

    Thanksgiving Day smoke 60's today burning low to keep the temps down 4 hrs. in 144 degrees  2 hrs on this breast finished at 7.5 and 6 hrs. foiled and in cooler waiting for dinner. used Jeff's rub and smoked at 270 degrees with apple and hickory Everyone have a happy and safe Thanksgiving
