    Newbie smoking ribs question

Thank you 195f and the bend is my new way to look out for. The corn on the cob looked dry but came out awesome!

    Newbie smoking ribs question

Hi using a Traeger at 225 2 racks of pork ribs. 3hr 45min and I'm already at 175f temp. I was expecting at least 5hrs cook time. They are done 2 hrs early before dinner. Can I wrap in foil and set in the oven so they warm but don't dry out?

    New to smoking

Hi Ang here in Arizona. I just purchased a Traeger today. I'm really excited to learn to smoke and make my own rubs. Looking forward to making the thanksgiving turkey in this bad boy! Can't wait to fire this up tomorrow.
