Old Smoke where are you putting your tray at? I have tried both the tube and the tray and they keep going out on my from what I believe it lack of oxygen.

A local butcher has briskets for sale and they average 14lbs. My problem is I cant store a whole 14lber in my freezer. Ideally I would like to cut it up into half or into thirds and vac seal them. IF the butcher wont cut it up for me, what are some ways for me to chop this up...

Hello guys again! I have found a deal on one of these for $80 brand new and don`t know much about these yet. This would be my first one and interested in Sous Vide cooking. My questions are:

96Romeo, Just did these mods myself on my master 2 door gasser.
below is a photo of the needle valve I used. I used the stock gas line and regulator and just added the needle valve in between the orifice and gas line. I just did a run today and it works great!
