I've got family visiting from out of state over Christmas. I'm planning on smoking a turkey breast and some ham for them. Forecast is calling for rain with temps in the 60's. If I put up a patio umbrella over the smoker, will I have any problems?

I totally agree. However it seems that the local rib crib in my small but growing city has stepped up their game. Some of their menu selections are pretty good. I'm going to try the ribs again before family comes in town next month. Ribs and Mac & Cheese have been requested.
