So the Yoder 640s and 1500s has caught my eye, after years of looking and being disappointed by GMG. Being that we don't smoke a lot of only about five times a year for 25-30 people does the 640s have capacity required?

So this is sort of interesting as I do prefer burning charcoal over anything. However, I do not see electronic (PID) or a video on how it works.

Long time smoker... Started out on a custom built Klose, moved to BGE, and now a GMG Daniel Boone, Lets just say the GMG was a stop gap product until I could justify what I wanted. Lets just say, my patience has worn thin with the performance, i.e. inaccurate temps, constant failure of pellets...
