Rivergrille Ranchers Grill after the following Mods:- Stock Thermometer replaced, all doors sealed with Hi Temp FireBlackGasket w/LavaLock including smoke stack, bolts sealed with Hi Temp Food Grade Silicone, baffle, tuning plates and aluminum elbow to bring stack down to grate level, this baby is sealed tight. I was able to maintain between 200-250 temp very easy during the curing stage, started with small amount of hardwood charcoal then added my choice of apple and cherry wood.  Videos will follow....
