This Is my first attempt at making a smoker / grill need a little input from you guys ...... I have a 120 gallon old propane tank I plan on making the bottom the firebox and maybe 2 racks on the top ...... wondering where i would put an smoke stack an what size as well as where and what size to put vents on bottom for firebox air inlet , also best place to put the 2 3 inch thermometers i have
