what kind of latch is that? SFB door does not close all the way and that is perfect. Thanks for your help

Put a line of this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002UEOPA/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 around the lid inside to form a cushion seal, combined with the toggle latch
