I have been having a hard time finding dried mint. Like so many others products stores are no longer carrying it. Now I find out I like for cooking!!! It never sounded good to me once I tried it, I liked it. The constrast between the heat of peppers and coolness of the mint gave the meat a wonderful flavor.
