This is my Smokin it #1 with a homemade stainless steel PID temperature controller. The controller holds a precision temperature within 1 degree Celsius. I currently set mine at 120c or 250f.

It just controllers the smoker but it can adapt and controller and smoker. If i buy a fan, it will control my charcoal too.

I have a separate thermometer for meats.
