What is your set up here? It looks like a fan and a dehumidifier. What are you using to control them?

A replacement temp control unit like a home brewer would use. I unwired the fridges thermostat and use the aftermarket temp control. It will keep temps within 1-2 degrees instead of the major fluctuations normal fridges have
