Brisket was abit overdone, the meat fell apart when I took it out of the smoker.
It was still amazing and the bark was out of this world.
I shreedded the Brisket, divided the meat into two aluminum tray and added BBQ sauce to one. the other I left Natural.
I put a stack of Hamburger buns next to the trays and let people go to town. AWESOMENESS!!!
