Dave I have a Lang 36 patio reverse flow and it is excellent .You might want to add a damper to the chimney and a pinwheel damper on opposite sides of the fire box,this will allow you better control of the temperature in the cook area by closing down and adjusting the air flow around the meat towards the chimney!
