This is my own creation.... recycled commercial refrigerator converted to a smoker.  This has 3X convection heat fans, 3-220V electric heating elements, dual thermostats, interior lights, all stainless steel and insulated.  It will hold over 40 turkeys/brisket/hams and I don't have to be up all night baby sitting it on those "low-and-slow" smokes.
