What's everyone using to smoke their turkeys with? I see a lot of cherry being used in other posts. I'm using apple. What about you?
Ok, after brineing, I wash the bird to get acces of, get it to rm. temp.Apple (maybe with some hickory) but probably just straight apple.
If I brine the bird (Jeff's brine) do I need to season with a rub? Wife always thinks I over season things.
