I'm new to smoking and still have lots to learn. I am looking to see what types of wood everyone likes to use with what types of meat. I have used Apple wood with pork along with some hickory. This weekend I plan to smoke some chicken breast using some cherry. Bacon wrapped Coca-Cola chicken breast recipie by Myron Mixon is what I plan to use and figured cherry coke is good so I'll try cherry wood.
