Thanks for the admissions to SMF! Am currently using a homebuilt propane smoker for red meat & poultry. For fish & seafood using a homebuilt electric box. I'm always trying to build a better smoker, love to tinker! I've been cooking & smoking for 40plus yrs & still learning every time I fire up! Again, thanks for the admit & hope we can share & learn new things about this art!
 
I do where applicable. I'm new here, but have some time in the smokehouse. Not as much as most, but I have become the go to guy in my circle for anything smoked.
