I use Janie's Mill flour allot.
I'm going to try some of these for sourdough.

Have not seen that kind of flour.
I use King Arthur Sir Galahad for my bread baking and Ardent Mills Kroyl for pizza.
Get them from our local Food Service Warehouse in 50# bags.
 
Have not seen Janie's Mill flours in stores. I order from their site.
