Any go to recipes or pointers?
I did a search and it didnt come up with much.........
I don't have a MES but I smoke my wings at 275 for 2 hours using Apple wood. Also, I inject the wings with mixture of butter, hot sauce, creole seasoning and rub. Then coat outside of wings with the injector sauce and sprinkle with more rub.
A lot of the guys here really like this one.
Thanks guys. I guess it's off to Walmart for an injector.
