Just fired up my Brinkman to smoke/grill some NY strip steak bone-in for dinner tonight. Using mesquite wood. Going to Sautee some mushrooms & onions with red wine, beef stock and butter to top off on the steaks. Will post pics in a few.
Keeping it simple. Just using Montreal steak seasoning on the steaks with some avocado EVOO infused with garlic.
