Smash Burgers @ the Firehouse

Oklahoma Onion burgers by request. Did not have time to make homemade butter buns so they bought kings Hawaiian buns. And I made home fries with the leftover potatoes I had on hand.

Had to improvise a griddle at the old station.

But we made it work. The guys are working on getting a suitable griddle at the old station.

Thanks David. I should mention that these were 40/60 venison and beef burgers. Very good.

looks delicious, nice photography. We made Smash burgers on the Blackstone last night. Always a hit here, but I never take pics because I want them hot, and have to clean the griddle too.
