Doing 3 racks of spares from Costco. I like how they're already St. Louis style.
For 1 rack, I used FMCowboy's Asian rub as a base and made a few changes (used a mustard soy glaze) and will add more Sriracha than the recipe calls for. This is my first venture with Asian ribs.

The other 2 racks are my basic rub that is really close to Bob Gibson's rub.
For fun, I'm tossing on 6 jalapanos and 6 habaneros that I'll throw in the dehydrator after they're good and smoked.
About to go on the smoker now!
