Hey gang, does anyone have a suggestion on a cut of beef roast i can use for my rotisserie? Im drawing a blank outside of prime rib for a roast that would still cone out tender.

i have an electric rotisserie and have tried some beef but it came out tough.

Ive done sirloin tip roasts on the rotisserie with good luck. They take well to marinades prior to cooking and make sure to keep it on the rare side to keep it nice and tender.
