Hey I've just joined up. I'm from Athens ga. My father in law gave me a smoker that he got for free and didn't need. It's an older char broil double door offset smoker. I'm in the process of doing the usual mods to it as well as trying to seal it up. I've only smoked a hand full of times and all of it with this unit, all ribs. Last time out it finally turned out really good.
