Hey! I'm fotofire and I'm relatively new to smoking. I got a Masterbuilt 30" with window for Christmas this past year. I've had middling success, due to inexperience. I'm pretty successful with butts, pretty good with chicken, and 50% on ribs. I hope to learn more ways to smoke and get better at it.
